2. What areas do you serve?

3. Do I need a doctor's order for lab work?

If you’re using insurance, a doctor’s order is typically required. However, some tests can be ordered directly by patients without a physician’s referral. Contact us to find out what applies to your specific test.
4. Do I need to fast before my blood draw?

Some lab tests require fasting (no food or drinks except water) for 8–12 hours. Please refer to your doctor’s instructions or contact us if you’re unsure—we can help you prepare correctly for your test.

5. How much does the mobile service cost?

Our mobile phlebotomy service is a flat, out-of-pocket fee ranging between $80-$100. Pricing varies based on location, urgency (e.g., STAT orders), and the number of collections. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

6. Do you accept insurance?

While Divine Care Mobile Labs does not accept insurance for our convenient mobile phlebotomy services, the laboratory processing and testing of your samples will be billed directly to your insurance by the partnering lab. This means you can still use your insurance coverage for the actual lab work, while enjoying the ease and comfort of our in-home collection service.

7. What should I expect during the visit?

A licensed, friendly phlebotomist will arrive at your location with all the necessary equipment. We’ll verify your information, collect your samples quickly and safely, and ensure everything is properly labeled and delivered to the lab.

8. How long does the appointment take?

Most appointments take between 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the type of collection and number of tests ordered. We always aim to provide a smooth, professional, and efficient experience.

9. What happens if I miss my appointment?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments will be subject to a fee. Please reach out as soon as possible if your availability changes.
10. How quickly will I get my lab results?

Lab results are typically available within 24–72 hours, depending on the type of test and the processing lab. Results are sent directly to your ordering physician, who will review them with you.

11. Is my personal and medical information kept private?

Absolutely. We are HIPAA-compliant and follow strict protocols to ensure your information is handled with the highest level of privacy and confidentiality.

12. Do you work with specific labs?

Yes, we partner with several major diagnostic laboratories. If you have a preferred lab listed on your doctor’s order, we will deliver your specimens to that lab to ensure proper processing and billing.
